"What an amazing hotel! We loved the location in the modern and bustling Makati central business district. The area felt very safe and walkable with great malls and parks in the area. A stark contrast to Manila and the old town. The room was large and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was as well with a great shower and a soaking tub. We had breakfast included and what a spread! It was delicious and plentiful, perhaps over the top. The service was impeccable and the staff were always so gracious, kind and serviable. I will stay here over and over again on future returns to Manila. "

"The hotel is beautiful. We stayed in several 5 star hotels on this trip and this one was by far the best. The breakfast was great and the service even better. Hotel is new and decorated well. The staff was outstanding. Ian at the front desk was particularly helpful and kind when I had questions. "

"Hotel buffet is better than Hotel Savoy. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Only complaint is that the elevators are slow and always packed with people. "

"Hotel is located in the heart of Makati nightlife. Everything needed is on the street (banks, convenience stores, fast food) Breakfast is excellent - good variety as dishes change each day. Service is outstanding. Decent fitness center. Room is great with good shower and wifi. Air conditioning is good. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel so have to wait. A great deal at the price."
