Liked the location, the complementary light breakfast, and the evening reception in the lounge.
Did not like the indifferent attitude of some of the reception staff.

Kind staff,cozy hotel,great breakfast and most important fancy happy hour !!
Only negative comment is the faucet gets full of water and shower small space.Clean hotel and few steps from the Broadway street ,very centric .Very recomendable.

Helpful and friendly staff. Fabulous complimentary wine and finger foods. Close proximity to attractions. Daily breakfast included.

Location near by where I was working those days

The property is well situated close to Times Square. On arrival the reception staff were excellent providing useful information about the hotel as well as the local area.
Our room was ideal for our trip/. Clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very good. My only comment would be to ask that the heating in the breakfast room is turned down a little. All staff very friendly and professional.
