A recently renovated property that feels like you're staying at vineyard, yet is only a few minutes drive from Lugano center.

The area is the best you will find in central Lugano. There is a funicular next to the hotel taking you directly to Lugano train station. The lake is 200m walk. The service is as good as any hotel I have ever been. The staff and very friendly and helpful. They helped me plan my trip to the two main Lugano mountains. Pre-visit you get to pick what you want in your free minibar, what type of pillows, what type of mattress and a few other surprises. The building is not new but is very well...

Arrived in the morning, but they changed the room so that I could check in. Good service. The room was a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. A transparent bath room may not be the everyone's favourite but fine for a business traveller.

Brilliant break, great hotel and views are out of this world !

We selected this hotel because of its proximity to the main railway station in Lugano (we were touring using a Swiss rail pass) and it proved an excellent choice. Check-in was swift and straightforward, and our room - with balcony - at the front of the hotel gave views across the lake to the mountains beyond. All the facilities in the room were in good order and the free wi-fi was easy to access. Good soundproofing meant that we were not disturbed at all by traffic on the adjacent rail...

Highly recommend this hotel for several reasons. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location- minutes from the train station (exit at platform 4). Easy access to the beautiful Lugano using the cable car which is every 3 minutes and takes less than one minute. Area around the hotel. Room was comfortable and very well decorated. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel is in nice walking distance to both the centre and the train station.

Great location in the heart of Lugano. Francesco was a great host and made sure I was well looked after. Suite was very clean with a nice comfortable bed.

My train was mega delayed and the reception staff,was very kind.Processed my check in fast and gave me a bottle of water. Comfy bed with ,huge balcony. Recommend 100%
