A great hotel in a great location. The hotel was great value and the staff were really helpful. All in all I would certainly recommend to anyone.

My wife and I enjoyed a four night stay with breakfast included. It was the perfect stay and the hotel made our holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is superb and such great value for money.

The hotel is very central, just off of Gran Via but does not get affected by any noise off the street. Hotel is clean and modern, the staff are also friendly and accomodating. Breakfast room can get a little busy but the staff on hand work hard to get a table prepared for you, breakfast was very good with branded products. Would be nice if more confortable seats were in the room rather then the metal bench. Overall I would recommend to anyone, very pleased. Great hotel.

Lovely, bright and clean hotel in a great central location. Friendly staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentifully stocked with a wide variety of options. Rooms were well sized and well serviced.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. There were some renovations going on but, this did not really detract from our stay.

The rooms are well kept, clean and newly decorated. The hotel is very well located with walking access to metro and Madrid landmarks

Location was excellent for shops and transport options! Minutes from everything you need! Easy to get to location! Worked great for the formula 1 and tourist days! Room was cleaned every day and spotless, air con was great and. Big help, bathroom a little small but did the job! Would recommend stay again! Staff were friendly and were happy to help when needed!

The room was small, room 19. We had a tiny window which opened out to the smell of cooking 24/7. Our room had a sweet sickly smell, but couldn't open window as got cooking smell. This is our only criticism. HOWEVER the beds were so comfortable, really comfy. The shower was a power shower. Lovely bedding. Hostal staff friendly and helpful... we asked for a kettle and one was produced.. we took our own mugs and tea/coffee. Free wifi throughout. Right next door to a tapas bar, friendly staff,...
