Fantastic resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and could not fault the accommodation. The breakfast and location was outstanding. Overall extremely impressive.

The standard was amazing however they have spoilt us for our trip as now they have set the standard so high, no other hotel can match it and we keep getting disappointed. I wish they had a hotel like this in every city we are staying in Thailand, nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff make the hotel atmosphere

Marriott's Phuket Beach Club is such a lovely place to stay. We stayed for 9 nights in January 2015, and it was a great relaxing getaway. The hotel sits on Mai Khao beach, where there are several stalls where you can get a massage, manicure or have your hair braided. Our stay at Meliá Phuket Mai Khao was truly exceptional. After a very long flight, we were warmly welcomed by Sareena at reception, who did everything possible to ensure we could relax as quickly as possible. We have just returned from the best holiday at Marriotts Mai khao beach. The staff were wonderful, the kids club was great fun and our room was fab. The kids loved the splash area and kids slide! We had a villa with plunge pool which was a lot bigger than expected and great for chucking the kids in when you are sorting lunch out. Great Staff

Exceptional! The standard at the hotel is excellent, staff so attentive. Pricing good too at bars and reasonable at restaurants. The housekeeping was faultless! Beautiful gardens and watch out for the elephant on beach / resort everyday around 5:30. The kids slide in the main pool is brilliant.

We booked a SALA Pool Villa for the privacy, and it was great. Requested set times for cleaning and turn-down services every day and they were always finished by the time we returned from breakfast and dinner. Our villa space was always clean. Great breakfast with a la carte options, egg station, juice bar and a wide continental selection; catered well to food allergy issues.

I Loved the 3 Fluffy Pillows & Bed sheets & covers! Very good deep, REM sleep accessories! Keep them on each Bed. Zzzzzzzzz

The hotel is very nice and clean, and well located in Patpong. Breakfast is varied fresh and delicious, all employees are very nice welcoming and helpful!! Every request is immediately responded. The pool on the roof is very nice and cool. We also had dinner at the restaurant. There’s also a bar restaurant with live music which is really nice!!

We booked this hotel to spend time relaxing after a hectic 2 weeks travelling in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel did not fail to impress us and ensured we had an amazing 5 days here. Loved this hotel. I'd call it hip chic. Room was small but that didn't bother us. It's in a great location so we were able to walk everywhere. Don't book a taxi through the hotel. They charge you extra. Easy to find a taxi right outside.

Comfortable room in a nice quiet location not too far from the beach. A few shops nearby (supercheap and 7 eleven) and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gym was good, could pretty much work every muscle and a good treadmill with some spinning bikes too. We were volunteering at Soi Dog which was a 15 minute walk away.
