"We absolutely loved our stay at Tregua. It’s a newly opened property, so they’re still adding a few finishing touches, but overall it was an amazing place to stay right in the city and on the lagoon. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. We had a car but ended up walking most of the time, and street parking was easy. We stayed in the upstairs lagoon-view room. No sé si fue culpa del hotel o de la plataforma, pero no pude quedarme. Tuve que buscar otro hotel y, según ellos, ya no trabajan con Expedia, así que no entiendo por qué siguen en la plataforma. "Bacalar es un pueblo pequeño por lo tanto todo es acesible, el hotel esta ligeramente alejado lo que le da un poco de tranquilidad. Instalaciones nuevas, cama comfortable y cocina disponible para salir del paso. No he probado la piscina pero el rooftop es muy agradable para relajarse. Lo que mas descata es el personal. De recepcion tanto como limpieza son muy amables y serviciales, un placer recibir un trato asi."

"From the moment we checked in, we felt welcome and in a relaxing space. The owners of this boutique hotel have put much effort into making it a special place that exudes calm and kindness. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet at night (the walls are thick, so one doesn't hear the neighbors). The interor garden with a pool is a lovely refuge.
