Very clean room, small and basic but good value in nice location. Small fridge in room, no kettle but hot water available in reception area. Staff very nice. Super close to MoviestarvArena as well as bars, restaurants and transfers.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were consistently friendly and professional—always ready to help with anything I needed and quick to respond to any questions.
The location is another plus. There are several shops and cafés within walking distance, making it convenient to grab a bite or pick up essentials without having to go far. For anyone traveling for work, the hotel is definitely business-friendly, offering reliable Wi-Fi, quiet spaces, and an overall efficient atmosphere.
Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. I would happily stay here again.

Location was good, hosts were helpful. The shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay in place and the shower curtain kept falling down.
It was small and you did have a staircase to navigate, but it’s no different from some places around Europe. It was just what we needed. The Metro was an 8 minute walk. Me and my family have no complaints and I would book again.
My only complaint is the room had no windows but I probably should have checked prior to arrival. The area is safe and close to the subway and many tourist attractions. The lobby doesn’t have staff 24/7 but I never needed to ask for much. The cleaning staff did an excellent job refilling everything
The place was really well located. There was a good and cheap breakfast place just up the street and was within 10min walk from two metro stations (lines 2, 6 and 5). It is in a quiet neighbourhood which was making us feel safe and was nice to sleep. The room was okay, not too small but not really big either. It was just perfect for the three of us. There was lots and lots of blankets which was good for the cold weather. They sometimes ran out of hot water, but it wasn’t a big deal. The employees were nice and welcoming, and even if they didn’t speak French of English, we found a way to communicate easily. The only thing I would recommand is to bring some earplugs because the walls are not well isolated so we could hear the garbage guys or something that sound like it during the night or the guests in the other rooms. To be honest, it was a good experience for what we wanted : something cheap, close to the center and clean. We just wanted somewhere comforfable to sleep and leave to visit the city and it was perfect for that. I would definitely recommand!
All good here, just what you expect for a couple nights, needs sound proofing as you can hear the next door conversation.
Well kept and close to bus stops and metro station.
Conveniently located affordable. However, needs total renovation ASAP. Staff members do not speak English

Room (#4) did not match the Orbitz site pictures. Management did move us to better room that became available after one night. Room #4 should be marketed as value product for 75% of the price charged.
This plase is not a hotel it's a dump and should not be called a hotel. No amenities, shower was broken, paper thin walls, sheets were satin and had holes in them. Plaster was cracking. It was terrible. The only thing good about the place was a roof over you head, mattress was good and the toilet work. I would give it 0 stars if possible. AREAL DUMP, AN EXPENSIVE
Was a lovely little property on the outskirts of the city centre, about a half hour walk. The room was smaller than expected but clean, and had a mini fridge which was a lovely touch to keep drinks cool in the heat! And staff were super friendly and welcoming as well which brilliant as well.
I am not normally one to write reviews, but people need to be warned about this place.
Upon checking in late Sunday evening we were told there was a “problem” with our room. They told us they had tried to reach out to inform us beforehand, but all I had received from them was a standard info mail.
Oh well. With an extremely tired 10-year old we had little choice at that point but take what we were given. Which was a seriously water damaged room, certainly not fit for human habitation. We were told that the problem had occurred over the weekend, but any moron could see that this was a serious problem that had persisted over time. It even “rained” from the ceiling.
The extent of the indoor air problem resulting from the water damage only became clear during the night, and the window had to be keep wide open despite pouring rain and 10 degrees outside.
With only thin blankets on the beds no one slept much more than an hour, and our saving grace was that we had to leave for the airport before sunrise.
The receptionist was pleasant enough, and the area seemed great, but please take my word for it: Stay far away from this place.
