"Horrible! Never will return! The code for the gate they gave us didnt work as we were told the paperwork wasnt turned in so code wasnt put in the comp at gate, we arrived at 12 am and was at the gate until 2 am, ended up sleeing in our rental car until morning. The person we called at midnight couldn't help us either. We got in next morning and saw how dirty the unit was. Next day AC broke down and we had to wait for the repair man and hold off going to Bush gardens, 9 hrs later it breaks down...

"We had the best week! Great dining available, but rooms were equipped if you wanted to cook and eat in. Pool was hardly used by others, felt like it was our private pool. Only suggestion would be taller chairs on balcony- view was perfectly obstructed by railing. Views were amazing. "

"Overall I had a great experience. The only two things that were an issue is 1. Fruit flies coming out of the kitchen garbage disposal, which they came and helped with. 2. The wood piece that looks like a drawer in front of the sink basin was not screwed in, it only had plastic clips which isnt sufficient for heavy wood, it fell of and hut my big toe reallt hard and now my big toe nail is black and I think I might lose my big toe nail. "

"No pool or hot tub. Had to go under construction tape to get to the beach. Lobby was a complete disaster. Only a few rooms were rented out, the rest was under construction. Hard to get out of the parking area because there were construction vehicles &dumpsters in the way. Our room was nice, but did not make up for the rest. When we complained they gave us , $245 off our bill, but I have not seen that as of today"
