Aparthotel itself was great - small (c.10 rooms) so quiet and plenty of space to enjoy. Good pool and nice gardens, all stylishly laid out. Decor was understated (basic to some but I liked the style) and lots of palm tress etc. Location is quiet and a nice view but only downside is have to drive everywhere for restaurants, shops, beaches etc. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

If you want an exclusive, luxurious hotel with its own beach, stunning views and lovely staff, come to this hotel. ♡♡♡♡

The room, shared spaces and breakfast room were beautiful, the staff were fantastic and answered every question, including booking taxis for us, and the breakfast was delicious. I couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Absolutely amazing stay! I could not recommend it more! Francesco was always so helpful and attentive, from after we booked until the moment we left we always felt looked after. Such a beautiful hotel in a perfect location! If we ever find ourselves back again we will be staying here

A great hotel with the usual aspect of the old theatre and cinema still there. The hotel is also perfectly positioned for strolls into the town and to the sea . Great views from the terrace. A good selection at breakfast

Great location for walking into Ortigia. Room was very clean and tidy. The host was very helpful.

Fabulous B&B. Anna the host is friendly and welcoming and speaks excellent English. Perfect location just across the bridge to Ortiga. Lovely rooms, excellent breakfast. Mini fridge with free bottled water was provided in the room and communal area where you could help yourself to snacks, tea and coffee. Anna provided info on Ortiga and restaurant recommendations which were great. Only 3 rooms, if you see them available snap them up. Very good value. Lovely spot for gelato, granita, coffee and...

This property is a gem. The host is very welcoming and has a wealth of information about the best places to eat and visits. The rooms are simple but very clean. Ideal location central to main tourist sites but not noisy. Strongly recommend.

After reading reviews booked a two night stay & was very pleased that we did. Very welcoming attentive staff. Lovely modernised period building, in a perfect position to explore the old town. Excellent generous breakfast.

Loved this hotel - greeted by friendly staff and offered a drink as soon as we arrived which was very welcome. Rooms totally unique. Lovely sitting area up on top patio to relax after a long day - staff kindly made us a pot of tea when our tea bags ran out with bone china tea cups!! A drink on the main patio (which was where you could have breakfast too) overlooking the sea under vines was a great way to start the evening where we met some lovely people each evening. San Carlo suites is so beautiful THe attention to every detail in this hotel is amazing. I loved the room and the amenities and it is right on the main street in Noto (with the famous Cafe Sicilia right below). The staff are incredibly helpful and the breakfast is 10/10! It's lovely having the breakfast out on the balcony. The bathroom is stock with Oritigia products from Siciliy and everything in Noto is accessible by foot. The only issue was the live band at night that played at a downstairs...
