Aparthotel itself was great - small (c.10 rooms) so quiet and plenty of space to enjoy. Good pool and nice gardens, all stylishly laid out. Decor was understated (basic to some but I liked the style) and lots of palm tress etc. Location is quiet and a nice view but only downside is have to drive everywhere for restaurants, shops, beaches etc. Breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly and helpful.

If you want an exclusive, luxurious hotel with its own beach, stunning views and lovely staff, come to this hotel. ♡♡♡♡

I cannot fault the venue or staff. Everything amazing. Hopefully will return!

We had great time at Olive Alive! Very nice host and personell. Highly recommendable.

From the moment we buzzed reception to open the gates, we received such a warm, friendly and great welcome. The pool is gorgeous. The food is delicious. The entire staff team are outstanding. Plenty of places to chill and relax, or an easy drive to Noto, Siracusa and Ortegia. This bio agricultural homestead is truly a ‘home from home’. We can’t wait to return.

Right on the beech which is sandy and small . The staff are fab and it has a great well kept garden and jacuzzi. There are only six rooms so it is very personel and more like an upmarket B and B rather than a hotel. As it only has breakfast. Here's the problem. You need a car and driving in Scicily is nuts. The local restaurant s are at best average and not many. You need to spread your wings to find restaurants and watch out for opening times.

Homely accommodation, very clean and spacious room with bunk bed an TV. The host is very attentive and helpful. Was patient with us and used Google translate to communicate, including travel suggestions. The breakfast had a very good spread, and the highlight was the fresh Sicilian orange juice that the owner made for us himself, every morning! Great coffee too! Parking is just outside. There is a lovely area to sit down in the back of the property, which is nicely decorated. Though no lift,...

Our second stay at this hotel and truly lovely. Fantastic staff who make this hotel what it is. Brilliantly situated for the restaurants of Ortigia where you are spoilt for choice. You’ll struggle to do better if you are in the area.

Very helful and friendly staff, good location with a lovely sea view room. Breakfast is taken in the partner hotel opposite, which was nice. Parking is available in the nearby car park (very difficult to enter)

Location is off the beaten track but provides great views and a peaceful location. Lots of work had been done to create this place and we understand that lots more is in the pipeline which is great. Lovely welcome on arrival and very helpful and informative staff. If you have use of a car, then we found this was a great base for exploring the south eastern parts of Sicily.

We chose this hotel as it is right in the middle of the archaeological area of Syracuse. It's away from the touristy Ortigia so there aren't as many restaurants close by, but breakfast is excellent and the hotel bar is no pricier than the local options. All the serving staff speak good English (our Italian is sparse) and are attentive/friendly/helpful/hard-working. We spent many evenings on the roof with the pool and bar. This was our first trip abroad so we were somewhat daunted but everyone...

Loved our stay at Villa Landolina. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Fabrizio gave us plenty of ideas where to visit and where to eat and Giuseppe even gave my husband a game of tennis on the court there. Very clean and a lovely atmosphere around the pool which a has a bar. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely recommend staying here.

Very friendly and welcoming staff; good breakfast. Two lovely outdoor areas (although they would be lovelier if people weren't allowed to smoke). Excellent location on Ortigia, a short walk to sights and restaurants.

Staff were professional very friendly and charming. Made you feel you were like one of the family! Highly recommend it!

Most beautiful place! Stunning rooms, gorgeous pool. Lots of space and very few guests. Delicious food in their restaurant. Friendly helpful staff. Noto is close by and is a beautiful town. We had the best time ever here and cant wait to come back.

Stunning surroundings, warm welcome, delicious breakfast, a unique stay

Staff were excellent; all were very helpful and professional. The rooms were spotless -although not perhaps as large as in more modern hotels. It's a fabulous old building which is full of history and is well maintained as are the grounds and the swimming pool. Breakfasts were good but the quality of the serve-yourself coffee from a machine left much to be desired. If you want a better quality one just ask a member of staff to get one for you from the machine in the bar. The restaurant food was...
