"Our flight was diverted to another airport, so we were 6 hours later than expected, but able to communicate and get a quick response throughout. "The pictures on hotels.com did not match the reality, for example the inground pool was replaced with a pool that looked like a huge bathtop, blocking the beautiful view from the terrace. The house was poorly maintained and cleaned. There were spiderswebs in the corners, the joints in the shower were moldy and many of the lamps were missing a lamp shade.
