For couples, especially couples on a honeymoon or a special anniversary (we were on our 25th wedding anniversary) this place is perfect. The setting of white, soft sands in a clear blue sea with tropical greenery is impossibly beautiful. The villa is immaculate, clean and tastefully decorated. Out the back you have your own sun dec with table and chairs and two sun beds. Best of all there are a few steps which lead into the water. Absolutely stunning property. Service levels and staff are exceptional. Very impressed with the main buffet and other dining options in the property. The M6M experience is unique and very special. The only negatives I would point out is the dining at the Indian / Ceylon restaurant and the snorkelling experience at another resort was much better. at their house reef. Everything was amazing and even a couple of things that weren’t perfect upon our arrival were so attentively fixed with such respect and care that I don’t even remember what these were.
We have stayed in many top Maldives hotels before and I would, having compared them, would rate the WA very highly.
We even got to see a dolphin right outside our villa at sunset!

The review that persuaded me to book this hotel was the one which said something like 'I'm not a beach person but I loved this hotel'. Beautiful, peaceful, discreet, the attention to detail. L'occitane bathroom products, very comfortable bed, a shower and bathroom open to the warm air, delicious food in the restaurant (evening buffet concentrated on quality rather than quantity but there were still many choices). A most restful 3 days, one of the best hotels in 35 years of travelling.

We absolutely loved the resort. First is the location, it is only about 10 minutes from the airport. We were so happy as we got a free transfer to/from airport because island transfers can be expensive. Second the views from all parts of the property are just stunning. Third the food! We took the all inclusive package and wow the options they had were amazing. We were so full every time. Desserts are the highlight. Fourth the staff, very cooperative and very friendly.
