"When booking property, no information that the fitness centre was at least a 7-10 min walk away and that it is closed on friday as well as only 12-12 on saturday when i checked out. Our departure flights were cancelled due to Middle east conflict which resulted in us having to switch from our resort to the JEN until new flight was available. Their staff met us at the boat dock, escorted us through the airport, and drove us to the hotel. Exellent hospitality. Front desk rep Aisha was outstanding! She took us to our deluxe room and showed us the exec room we had booked for the next day. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed about all of our options to accommodate our mobility concerns. I hope you can recognize Aisha with an award. It is really hard to find people who really go the extra mile for their clients. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."
