The rooms are always spotless thanks to a team of genuinely kind and attentive staff who make sure you have everything you need. Everyone from the bar team to the restaurant staff is incredibly welcoming and goes out of their way to accommodate your requests. The chef is especially open and accommodating with dietary preferences. The spa is beautiful, relaxing, and offers excellent massages (just be sure to book in advance, as it fills up quickly). I felt very safe throughout my stay and would highly recommend it also to solo travelers. The warm, friendly atmosphere makes you feel at home, with staff who truly care about your comfort and experience. You are taken care of from the moment you arrive at the airport and the island’s location is excellent, after a long journey, it’s just a short boat ride, and you’ll arrive in about 15 minutes.

Clean room, housekeeping assigned to our room did a wonderful job everyday. Staff are excellent, kind, friendly, very knowledgeable who we connected with. There are few names that went above and beyond for service and made us feel at home are Sanjeev, Maria, Birendra, Layaan, Nur and Ankit. Not forgetting the Managers Ajay and Tee are awesome. Probably the nicest hotel i’ve ever stayed at and i’ve been nice places!!. It is private, the views are unreal (though it’s closest to main island so you can see it from a very very far distance from one side). the water is CLEAR and the villas are amazing. the staff couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating. the restaurants are unbelievable (especially masala the indian one). the speedboat from the airport was super fast. Everything is spotless and pristine. Felt so luxurious and relaxing . I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely brilliant family holiday for a week over New Year! Everything was so easy, with special thanks to our hotel ‘connector’ who organised all of our wishes and was super responsive! No ask was too much. The food options were excellent, hotel comfortable and family friendly…. With something to do for all ages. The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve come across in luxury hotels and paid attention to all the fine details. The New Years Eve gala was quite impressive - the largest spread of all types of food, from grilled lobster, crab and oyster bar, sushi, Indian, freshly made papaya salad to name a few!! The band and fireworks were fantastic and the service was excellent for such a large event. Thank you to all of the staff who made our stay so fabulous and memorable!
