"This is my husband and I second stay here at this hotel. We stayed here back in 2023 for my husband's birthday and this time for our anniversary. From start to finish our stay was great the check in process with Hannah went very smooth. Hannah was very accommodating even helping us get the room we asked for. The room was spacious, CLEAN and the balcony oceanfront view was breath-taking. The front desk, house men/ housekeeping staff were very nice, professional, and accommodating as well. I also like the new feature of how to request your car I never waited a full 15 minutes for my car. Another feature I liked about this hotel as well was food deliveries had to meet you at the front as a security measure. Only had 2 dislikes and they were the pillows weren't firm enough for my liking and the breakfast wasn't that great even though it was complimentary. The location of the hotel is in close proximity to local eateries and shops. Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay as much as we could due to unforseen circumstances and will definitely revisit in the near future this year."

"Wasn’t greeted the best at check in… very short and somewhat rude! Wont say a name because she was absolutely delightful on our first visit! Was extremely upsetting to return to the hotel room on Saturday evening to have absolutely NO PARKING because of an event in the restaurant! Had to park illegally and worry about being hit or towed all night. Our first visit we couldn’t get the breakfast that was paid for because there was a convention of some sort and you couldn’t even get into the restaurant! PAID GUESTS should have priority at the hotel especially with the rates that we pay. "
