"This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."

"Stayed in the the Junior suit with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful like a big family! Typical Italian rustic style but very charming hotel. Lucca only about 8 minutes away by car. Will come back again! Breakfasts are the same every day which is a bit boring . We would like to have more options like a fruit salad / soft fruit and tomatoes and eggs to choose from. Other than that - lovely place to stay. Thank you all for looking after us . The room was well appointed and the bed comfortable. The only thing I did not like was the location. My room was in the interior and I only saw a staircase. I should have asked for a different room.
