"We were greeted with a warm and attentive welcome by Rosio which was a great way to begin our stay in Lucca. Our immaculate room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing and delicious with many choices to chose from. It was an easy walk to the historic center. "Fantastic atmosphere and quality at dinner. A little more standard at breakfast. Poor English skills from the receptionist. She didn’t really understand that we had a problem in our room.(Our neighbor keep smoking in his bathroom, so our bathroom was also stinking of cigarettes) The pool area is very clean and nice to visit, but the traffic around is a little noisy."
