One of the key reasons we book to stay here is because it feels like coming home - the staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool and outside areas are great, the rooms are very comfortable and it's also just a short distance to the Citadel Outlets.

First time in LA and I didn’t even know there was an outlet mall right next to us! The staff were so nice, even recommended us some food spots in downtown and gave us lots of cookies lol. We had a car and parking was relatively cheap compared to other hotels. I loved the gym, was very suprised with the equipment and the room was clean. Overall, 9/10 and would come back!

Let me start by saying this hotel is wonderful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and the bed was comfortable. The only downside for us was being on the second floor next to the elevators. We heard it all night. We will be back again.

A refrigerator in the room would have been helpful. More healthy choices in the otherwise adequately stocked convenience market would have been great. In particular Greek yogurt would have been great. The staff was friendly, the upkeep was good and the hotel was very pleasant and inviting. The room was clean and plenty big with closet space and room to feel comfortable for our weekend stay.
