"Upon checking in, there was no one at the front desk. I rang the bell that was provided for use because I could hear talking and laughing but no one was at the desk. Someone came out to assist me to check in, and I was placed in the room that was in the lobby area, with the communal coffee bar set up right outside my door. Before I could even ask, I was immediately told that the hotel was booked and I could not switch my room. I spent my stay being bothered at all hours with people talking in the lobby, people using the coffee bar. Will not be returning. "

"Wasn’t happy we were on a floor where they were redoing the carpets, my daughter almost tripped as we were about to walk out of the elevator. The refrigerator never cooled off at all and the constant wind whistles through the windows was not a relaxing noise. The next door clock alarm went of around 5:30 and for some reason ours went off at 6. the hotel wasn't booked we should have been put on a floor that wasn’t having work done on it "

"I had to get housekeeping to come clean the floors as they weren’t clean. Coffee spill on nightstand. Otherwise the room was clean. Comfy pillow and bed. Beautiful view. Quick check in. Room service food was great. "
