"Hello Lorraine Clark & other Hyatt Pike Staff, My stay at the Hyatt Centric Pike was very nice, right until I was forced to cut it short due to health concerns. Your staff performed admirably the whole time I was there, and through my departure. I can't thank you enough. Dealing with heart damage is a scary ordeal on any given day, but especially when you are far away from home. I appreciate the 2:00pm wellness call the front desk sent to my room, the care with which I was treated with, and the follow up email showing concern for me. I was admitted to the hospital the following day and discharged the day after that, after tests proved my heart function had decreased to 40%.
