Room wasn't ready on arrival, so we had to wait for it -- we were offered late check-out as compensation, but that wasn't any use to us. Overall the decor was a bit tired too -- I'm not sure the "upscale" description is quite justified. That said, everything was clean, the beds were comfy and the staff were helpful.

You have to collect keys from a separate building down the road, which wasnt made clear when booking- unfortunately leaving us to walk down the road with suitcases in the pouring rain after being dropped off by our taxi. The property itself is great though- nice and clean, spacious and in good condition. Our iron was on its last legs, with buttons missing, but on the whole, very good stay.
