The property is in a good location and is very clean and secure, however, we do have a few suggestions which if sorted we would be giving it an excellent review. Firstly, we are a family of four and a 2 seater sofa was just not big enough for us to have a relaxing evening together, perhaps invest in at least a comfy armchair. Secondly the blinds in the bedrooms are fine for privacy but not on a night for sleeping when the street lights are shining in, as the blinds do not cover the whole of the window. I think curtains are needed just to reduce the glare. Lastly it’s bath towels, we were only given one bath sheet and the towels that were left for us were just not big enough, they weren’t even big enough for our 10 year old. Overall we would still return as we did like the property.

Magna House- 3 roomed apartment
Magna House is in a great location for the railway station, town centre and the University Campus. I feel it offered good value for money with 3 roomy double (ensuite) bedrooms. The only negative is that in the living room there isnt enough seating for 6 people to sit together and watch tv. I would happily book this apartment again though because overall it met our needs well.

Good place to escape from home
Property was clean and fundamental utilities were provided for a family that loves making their own dish. I think the business could do more to show real concern for customers concerns/requests (at least in the way they respond to requests). Apartment beautifully set up for work from home as well.

Kettle was awful
Overall good. Could do with a paint refresh. Kettle was appalling and could not be used as it was all limescale inside and bits were in our cups of tea so we then boiled a pan of water for hot drinks. Showerhead wasnt working properly in one of rooms. We were pleased to receive a 3 bedroom even though we only booked a 2 bed so that was a bonus as it gave us more space. However we would still return in the future as it was ideal for what we required.
