"The heating/cooling in the room was really loud, there was also light and noise all night from adjacent road. In the morning there was no hot water to shower"

"The bar was closed (on a Friday evening) which was a disappointment. A staff member did get us 2 glasses of wine to have in our room. The pool area doors did not work with guest keys. Staff let us into the pool. The premises were very clean and well kept."

"We had a lovely time at Hope Lake Lodge. My issue was with Expedia! They booked us into a room that the lodge no longer had available. We ended up in a smaller room. The staff at the lodge told us they had been dealing with Expedia’s screw up all day long!"
