"We had a very pleasant stay, the hotel is clean and the staff from the front desk to housecleaning were very friendly and attentive. This hotel is in the heart of downtown Ottawa. We were able to park our vehicle at the hotel and walk to all the attractions and restaurants. Byward Market is literally a 2 minute walk away."

"It was our first time staying with double tree and we will definitely be returning! The hotel was clean and comfortable, the pool was lovely, the breakfast was really nice and in a beautiful setting too! It's just a bit unfortunate that it can be uncomfortable walking outside, there are some fairly sketchy individuals around the hotel and near byward market and it made our children a bit uneasy, but the hotel felt very safe. I especially liked that you needed a key to get to any floor. We look forward to coming back! "
