"Had one of the apartments and it was very handy to have your own facilities; even had an Indian takeaway one night instead of a restaurant meal. Rather small and basic table/stools but generally very good"

"Great for a short stay and a good base for exploring the area. The room was good, food good with choices for veggies, and the breakfast especially good. Staff were all very friendly and helpful."

"Wonderful character inn set in heart of village. Friendly staff and good choice of drinks. Dog friendly. Breakfast ยฃ15pp good variety of continental and freshly cooked breakfast. ยฃ15 to park in their very small carpark but would recommend the carpark 2mins walk free after 5pm and before 9am. Room lovely, pillows could do with replacing."
