"We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called.
I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up.

"Excellent stay - spacious, clean room with great views. Hotel grounds well maintained and great to be able to use the pool and spa area. Enjoyed the garden room in the restaurant. Only thing lacking was a fridge in the room which would have been ideal. "
