I enjoyed my stay overall. Most of the staff were very friendly. I had a nice chat with one of the bartenders. I didn’t catch his name but he was young and a little heavyset. The other chap wasn’t friendly and I think he’d benefit from some feedback and customer service training. It comes naturally to some people but not everyone. The food was great as well as the wine selections. I thought the food prices were very good. I enjoyed the breakfast too. My room was comfortable and functional and I sport the sea view alone the ability to crack open the windows at night for some fresh air. Pillows, sheet and duvet were great better than several hotels I’ve stayed in recently. It’s clear the hotel is still undergoing maintenance and improvements since reopening and I can completely understand. In some places it felt upgraded and then in others worn and dated. I really hope there is continued upgrading of the hotel and staff training and motivation and this place and the people deserve to succeed.

The best part about the hotel was the staff, they were amazing, really friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for your clothes. The bed was comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was good. All of the food we ate was delicious and well presented. There was plenty of parking available during our stay. We would have liked another vegetarian option for dinner as we stayed three nights and ate both of the two options. We would have eaten in the hotel on the third night but didn’t want the same food again.

Disappointing
Very disappointing stay. The hotel rooms are very outdated and tired. Bathroom disgusting. On positive note, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast very basic. Overall i would not recommend this hotel at all. There are better hotels for this price. Standards are about 2 stars at its best.

The place was fine, food was fine, but the front staff was kind of rude. Would t look at you until you walked up to their faces. Just ignored you were there the rest of the time. It wasn’t welcoming at all. But the waitresses & bartenders were great.
