"Old, tired hotel. Excellent staff but facilities are really 2, maybe 3 stars. Stain on furniture, thin, overused towels, etc. The last time I stayed in this hotel was about 35 years ago; I'm not sure it has been refreshed since then. The staff was very good and very attentive."

"The rooms were clean and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk people were nice but the maids are too loud. The bathroom was also quite small."
