Fantastic hotel and service. Service was above and beyond, they made our stay spectacular.

Excellent hotel , best location for city and views , don’t recommend driving and parking is limited , hotel will give you a code to get through the security barrier

It's my last day in Lisbon and I'm sat in the garden at The Late Birds wishing I didn't have to leave! I'm always picky with my hotel choices, I spend ages choosing just the right place and I'm always disappointed by something, but not at The Late Birds. Everything was perfect and totally lived up to the reviews from all the other guests who've been lucky enough to stay here. It's an old building with a subtle modern renovation that makes it feel like real luxury. Tucked away down a small quiet...

Great hotel worthy of 5 stars. Pool area is great after a hot day trekking around Lisbon.

Great hotel. Super location, really helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend

The staff were fabulous....helpful, friendly, relaxed but very professional. We were given brilliant recommendations for dinner, pitched just right for us, so well judged by the staff. Their recommendation for Fado was also spot on. The roof top bar is great with an informal but stylish atmosphere. Breakfast is very good. The rooms are exceptionally clean. I have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world but none have come close to getting the total package as correct as this one. Exceptional.

Fabulous experience, beautiful architecture and excellent service... What more can I say?

The staff were awesome, they can’t do enough for you. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located outside of downtown Lisbon and the hotel put on a complimentary shuttle bus, which saves a bus, metro or taxi fare. The hotel is very close by a metro station though.

great location , friendly staff , complimentary drink in the room , rooftop bar was excellent and local knowlege was very helpful

Nice hotel in a convenient location with Metro stations nearby.

A lovely place to stay while visiting Lisbon. The rooms were clean, service was wonderful and the downstairs restaurant was delicious…the layout of the is a bit odd but adds to the charm. Breakfast was also fab!

Central hotel, but so quiet once you step into the lobby and your room. It was like we were the only guests. Breakfast was a comprehensive selection from pastries, cereals, meats , cheeses, yoghurts, fresh fruit and cooked breakfast.

Wonderful hotel. Excellent facilities. Very convenient for the city centre transport and tour buses. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all levels especially the concierge and bar team. Worth paying a little extra for such quality and service.

Beautiful hotel. Stunning view from the room over Lisbon. What stands out is the multitude of small touches and extra. A memorable stay.

Staying at the Pestana Palace is one of the great pleasures of life. Although it is 15-20 minutes away from downtown Rossio / Chiado by taxi, its location high on hill by the bridge is great. Belem is an easy (downhill) walk away really. The hotel itself is magnificent - a Belle Epoque palace with formal state rooms with two modern wings attached it, and all encircling a wonderful semi-tropical garden with a lovely pool and spa in it. The staff are unfailingly attentive and charming, the...

Great location for Airport - lovely room and delicious breakfast.
