I wish it was a bit easier to get to the major attractions from this property. Maybe the property can provide some sort of transport service at regular interval. Lisbon is hilly and the attractions are spread at a reasonable distance.

I didn't like the fact that my wife and I had been traveling for a long time and had not slept in thirty something hours. We asked the front desk at least 3 times almost begging them to please let us check in 1 or two hours earlier than reg, check in time which was 2:00 PM as we were extremely tired. They said no, and said again, check in time is 2:00 pm, so we sat in the lobby for eight hours waiting on our room to be ready, they could have cleaned The Taj Mahal in eight hours! The so-called Hot Tub is not hot at all, maybe 80 Degrees maybe! I could only find 2 jets that were actually pushing out water with bubbles which was very disappointing having sore legs from walking up and down hills all day and expecting relief from the Hotel Hot tub & Spa. The staff that worked serving in the breakfast restaurant area in the morning were excellent! Very Polite. The Front Desk needs more people fluent with the English language. However, they were very nice and helpful when they understood what I was saying.
