Etablissement très bien situé près d'une station de métro et à côté d'un petit marché typique, dans un quartier sympa et tranquille. L'immeuble est propre ainsi que l'appartement. Mais lorsque l'on y pénètre , une très forte odeur d'égout suffoque (appartement Paris). Dans celui d'à côté, où logeaient nos amis, cette odeur n'existait pas. Il fait un peu chaud, malgré la clim, dans la chambre en mezzanine.

Okay Location but the owner was nowhere to be seen

at check in owner took a refundable cash deposit & added city tax & cleaning charges without providing a receipt. confirmed this would be provided on check out. in the apt blinds were broken & she promised to repair, which was done 2 days later & then on the 3rd day she came in & removed the blinds entirely. duration of our stay the office was closed & on check out there was no one at the office to provide our refund. We had to request our guide who lived in Lisbon to HOUND the hotel & only after we complained to Expedia were we able to get our Money Back but if we had left Lisbon without having a contact we would never have received our 150 euros back. Bad Service by Owner or Manager of this property.

So terrible,irresponsibility,thief,최악!!

한국분들 절대 가지마세요 최악입니다 잃어버린 물건 돌려주지않고 전화까지 피합니다. They gave me different room and the door couldn't close. And it was very noisy from next door and bad smell from toilet. After I leave, I realized that I left my mini-bag which was my cosmetic things in there. It cost over USD600 include items. When I call them they didnt their best to find it. And after, they didnt answer any way. No call No answer No email even though I did a lot. Because they dont have front desk there was no way meet them. It can be very subjective, even though it is subjective I want to say something for other guest who will stay there. I think their room condition and service is not fit the cost(USD160). I worry about whenever guest left something very important in the room after checkout, if they didn't answer its gonna be very big problem. By the way, It was my worst experience in Portugal and I hope please no more happen like this situation.

Quarto Marraquexe

O what to Marraquexe é bastante simpático e calmo. Boa decoração de temática árabe. A Gabriela foi muito prestável em me ajudar a subir até ao 3° andar do prédio sem elevador com uma mala pesadíssima. O quarto dispõe de AC que aqueceu o quarto rapidamente. Creio que o que faltou mesmo foi apenas um secador do cabelo porque de resto tem todas as conveniências de um estúdio.

Very misleading ads

This is advertised as "hotel" but not so. After waiting for 45 minutes for someone to greet us we were told that the address had changed and we were put in an apartment blocks from the arranged location. The photos on the booking site are very misleading as the balcony listed was a small room with a window that looked out on someone else's garbage can storage space. One of the main reasons I chose this place was that it had parking but it didn't (now removed from listing). Also no air conditioning.

Bien situado pero no volveria

Esta muy bien situado, cerca del metro, con linea directa al AEROPUERTO y cerca de comercios. Nos alojamos 3 noches en la Habitación PARÍS ( la que está llena de fotos de Marilyn) Pegas que le encontramos: 1.- Gran olor a humedad y a tuberías dentro de la habitación. Un olor MUY DESAGRADABLE. 2.- Un 3er piso sin ascensor. Con compras, maletas grandes o niños difícil, incomodo y peligroso. 4.-No tienen servicio de consiga. Una vez que dejas el apartamento no tienes opción de dejar la maleta en la recepción que esta debajo del edificio. Gabriela, la chica que no atendió muy amable y simpática. Pero tanto mi pareja como yo no volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Friendly and nicely furnished

Conveniently located about 5 min walk to Almeda station and right by a local farmers market, this inn is modernly furnished with a working small kitchen and air conditioning.We stayed in the Tibet room which is three flight of stairs up but had a nice private terrace! Although reception was not 24 hrs, there is a reception office which you may try to ask for early check in in the ground floor of the property. The reception lady did not speak English well, spoke French and Spanish but was very helpful with our luggages up the stairs!

Had a lovely stay at Passion Inn. The staff were really helpful and friendly on arrival. Surrounded by local restaurants and cafes.So easy to get to from the airport, and equally easy getting to and from the city centre. No problems sleeping in the evenings, quiet.

Local super agradável, limpo e organizado. Excelente para grandes grupos e famílias. Atendimento muito bom e simpático. A proximidade de mercados, estacionamentos e metrô ajudam muito. Adorar de fora da área turística o acesso por metrô é muito fácil e rápido. O wi fi é gratuito, mas às vezes não funcionava muito bem, mas nada que desanime na hospedagem.

beleza na recepção e no quarto

de início fui atendido pela catarina que além de ser bonita é muito simpática, resumindo apaixonante, ficamos em um quarto no 3º andar muito bonito e espaçoso com ótimo wifi, o único problema é não ter elevador tendo que fazer um esforço pra subir com as malas, a cozinha é muito bem equipada com máquina de lavar e há um local onde você pode colocar as roupas pra secar

Hotel con muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Situado muy cerca del metro pero en barrio no turístico. A 4 paradas del centro, instalaciones mejores de lo esperado. Cogimos el estudio Marraquexe, en el tercer piso sin ascensor. Tenía de todo: un baño nuevo con ducha, secador, lavadora, cocina electrica, microondas, nevera y aire acondicionado. Es pequeño pero totalmente suficiente para dos. Hay recepción para hacer el check-in pero antes de las 18. Te atienden muy bien y en la zona hay restaurantes, mercados, fruterias para comprar lo necesario.

Bonjour, séjour du 23 au 26 décembre en studio. Accueil très sympa, gâteau et vin offert pour Noël... Merci ! Cuisine bien équipée, clim-chauffage efficace. Literie confortable même si la couette est un peu petite... Il y a eu bagarre nocturne... J'ai gagné ! Insonorisation entre les appartements perfectible mais supportable. LISBONNE est une ville magnifique avec des habitants adorables. Merci à l'équipe du Passion In Lisbon !

Very Helpful and friendly staffs from Passion Inn Hotel, the best hotel apartment i have ever stayed...everything is perfect from apartment to the hotel staffs...near to metro station and morning local market...From hotel to airport (taking metro) is within or less than 40mins.....i will definitely come back to here if i visit Lisbon again in future....
