Confortável mas com falhas na limpeza

No momento da entrada do apartamento reparamos que o mesmo não tinha a limpeza feita, tinha ainda toalhas no chão e a cama desfeita. De seguida, foi solucionado um apartamento na av. do Carmo e para além do mesmo ser muito confortável e estar aparentemente limpo, tínhamos os lençóis sujos com as camas feitas, sofá com resíduos e o frigorífico com um cheiro desagradável. Os apartamentos têm todas as condições reunidas para se passar dias de descanso mas falham muito a nível de limpeza.

This building is located in a street where you will feel unsafe. I walked a lot around, and I can say this is the worse street of Lisbon Centre. This is not a Hotel, it is an old building, with renovated apartments. It is comfortable and well decorated, but there is no heaters, no coffee machine, and there is no staff at all. only a machine, to do the check in and pay the local taxes. You will have to clean up the rooms. It is near the things you should see, but for the price you can find better options... hello Lisbon is not worth the price

There are better hotels in the area

I’m quite disappointed wth the choice. Not as shown on the photos and description. I didn’t expect the place to be dirty and in a very uncomfortable location. With the rate they charge, customers deserved clean sheets, clean towels, clean kettle, and working blinds. The towels are so old that it doesn’t look white anymore.

Responses from property was good. Apartment was very modern and well decorated. But one downside was that cleaning lady just started cleaning when we arrived there around 4pm despite of the check in time was 3pm. We had to waite while she finished cleaning.

Jättebra läge gångavstånd till allt. Lite slummigt utanför men det gjorde inte så mycket. Lägenhet var stor och hade allt du behövde. Vi hade den längst upp och då var det balkong också, tyvärr utan möbler men med grym utsikt. Den chatt som skulle fungera som reception funkade sådär. Tog lång tid att få svar. Som tur var hade vi inte bråttom. Rekommenderar boendet,

Terrible stay - Loud noises all night long

We booked an apartment for 4 people that was supposed to have a double bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived, the apartment did not have a sofa bed. It had instead an L-shaped sofa where they “assumed” 2 people could sleep on each side of the L. Moreover, the apartment is located on a street that has lots of pedestrians (and people gathering very late at night). It was a Tuesday night and the noise was so terrible we couldn’t sleep all night. They need to put noise-cancelling windows at the minimum. I am very thankful we were only there for 1 night. Else it would’ve been a nightmare. I would not reconnend this place to anyone they way it is now

Bad customer service, beautiful flat

The checkin was a nightmare, the front door code didn’t work (apparently it’s been faulty). As I arrived around 2 I was led to believe that there were lockers available for luggage. Unfortunately non were free and I had to take it with me around the city before checkin. As for the auto check in the server had crashed, luckily I had my phone on me to call them to check in. The kettle was also faulty which tripped the flat electrical. The switch box was behind some cupboard doors with no handles so you couldn’t get in. So I had to wedge the door open with a knife. The kitchen tap was practically unscrewed and when I did check out i had the cleaner knock on my door at 10.30 to tell me to check out (check out was 11am). All in all a pretty bad customer service experience. The flat itself was very nice, recently decorated, very modern, minimalist and clean. Shame about the service.

I was really excited to stay at this hotel as it looked beautiful on the website. First, the negative, we were given apartment 0b and I was pretty disappointed. It felt like a basement. The living area was below ground level as it only had tiny windows so high up that you have to stand on a chair to open and close them. The bedroom windows were full-sized but since it is on the ground floor there are people constantly walking by the window so you really can't even open the window coverings. Even if you open them, the street is so narrow that no sunlight comes in. The apartment was dark. There isn't sufficient lighting to make it feel bright in the living area just dull lamps. I asked to change apartments but the reception said that they were booked all month. I asked if anyone would be checking out the following day and he said it wouldn't be possible to switch me. Now onto the positives. Checkin was easy as long as you follow the instructions on the self checkin kiosk and took us no more than 5 minutes. The furnishings are just like the pictures on the website. The apartment was beautifully decorated and modern and very, very clean. We were able to leave our luggage at the apartment for the day once we checked out which was a huge bonus. The area is amazing and walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. I would love to stay here again but I would make sure that it wasn't an apartment on the ground floor. I recommend that you do the same.

Hotelliin kirjaudutaan automaatilla ja sisään pääsee ovikoodilla, paitsi että ulko-oven koodiboksi ei toiminut ja oli otettava aina summerilla yhteys keskukseen. Pieni hidaste, joka korjattaneen. Huoneistoissa astiat kuudelle, hyvän keittiön varustelu ja ilmastointi. Pihan puolen ikkunoista kaunis näkymä linnalle päin, kadun puolelta vain muutaman metrin päässä olevan vastapäiseen seinään. Neljännestä kerroksesta varmaankin hyvät näkymät kumpaankin suuntaan. Yhteensä yhdeksän huoneistoa 0-4 krs.

Die Lage, Straße der Unterkunft ist sehr gruselig und man fühlt sich sehr beobachtet. Dadurch haben wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt und hatten Angst abends/nachts zu unserem Hotel zu laufen. Das Apartment für 4 Personen ist super schön und sauber und lohnt sich wirklich und ist auch sehr modern eingerichtet! Der Check-in ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und hat uns einige Nerven gekostet, bis wir unseren Zimmercode erhalten haben. Was uns sehr gestört hat war, dass man die Haustür nicht mit einem Code öffnen konnte, sondern lediglich geklingelt hatte und einem dann aufgedrückt wurde. Das hat uns stutzig gemacht, da jeder durch klingeln Zutritt ins Haus bekommt. Alles in allem würden wir das Appartement sofort wieder buchen, wenn es eine andere Lage hätte, da man sich vor allem als Frau sehr unwohl fühlt. Trotzdem handelt es sich um eine sehr schöne Stadt und ein tolles Konzept von Hello Lissabon.
