Walk to local sites

Conveniently located to local sites and shopping, this is a great place to stay! It is within walking distance to lots of tourist buses, shops, museums, and the water. I was traveling alone and only for one night, so the kitchenette and dining areas were not particularly useful for me, but if you were traveling with a few people and wanted to have coffee/tea or breakfast at home, then this would be a terrific choice. If you are looking for service, a reception desk, or people to help you locate anything, then this is definitely not the place for you; it is self-check in and no assistance is provided.

L'appartement est spacieux et très bien placé. Le seul défaut et très important: les linges bain sont de très mauvais état de PROPRETÉ. L'administration devrait changer de blanchesserie! La femme de chambre fait bien son travail, mas la blanchisserie brade! Il y a de l'effort à faire pour le bien être du client.

Everything is a nightmare except for location

The location of this apartment is great and convenient. However, the shower door doesn't close properly. The maintenance person has come to fix but you can tell that it's only temporarily fix because the next day is broken again and there is no basic toiletries (soap, shampoo or shower gel). There is no service or communication from that hotel if you have any issue. Construction starts 7am next to on the bedroom wall within apartment #22 every morning of my stay. I recorded constant hours noise and the apartment claimed that noise source is outside their property with no apology or try to communicate to the next door. Highly advise anyone not to stay here.

The location is very great with many food options and viewing points are within walking distance. A reminder, the access code to the apartment will be automatically be disabled at the checkout time.

Lovely apartment in a very central location in Lisbon. The automated entry/exit system is excellent but the lack of personal contact meant that we couldn’t resolve the small issue of no soap in the bathroom, despite highlighting it to a member of staff who was cleaning in the next room. The property is modern, spacious and comfortable, so it’s a pity that the shower door is slightly off its hinges and doesn’t close properly.

Gostámos da localização, das condições e conforto. Quanto à simpatia não pudemos avaliar porque não houve contacto directo com ninguém... Um reparo sério: Deveriam aferir melhor se estão a falar com cidadãos nacionais ou não (sim porque os portugueses também fazem turismo) e não comunicar só em inglês. A mim, a nós, caiu muito mal e achamos desrespeitoso para nós.

Midden in het centrum van Lissabon. Mooi groot appartement. Lekkere douche. We kregen maar 2 handdoeken voor 6 dagen. Beetje weinig. Gebeld naar het service nummer. Kregen 4 extra handdoeken dezelfde avond.

We loved this place. It is in the heart Lisbon pedestrian-only zone, steps from the Baixa station, and many of the top sites. There are plenty of bars, coffee shops, and amazing pastry shops around. The place was newly renovated, clean and very comfortable.

係員が居ないので、連絡が必要な場合は不便であるが、市内中心部の歩行者道路の極めて便利な場所にある。地下鉄駅、コメルシオ広場のいずれにも徒歩で約５分程。観光の拠点として申し分なし。冷暖房が各部屋に設置されているので、暑い夏でも快適。　冷蔵庫、フリーザー、食器洗い機、洗濯機なども完備。2重窓で歩行者天国の騒音も完璧に遮断されている。　WiFi の完備。

Die Lage ist herrvorragen, man ist direkt in der Innenstadt. Das Haus ist schön renoviert, im Haus ist es ruhig. Leider hatten wir zu unserer Zeit massiven Baulärm von nebenan zu ertragen. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, die Küche mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Das Schlafzimmer zeigt, das die Wohnung mehr für die Kurzreise gedacht ist. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank sondern eine offene Kleiderstange im ehemaligen Kamin. Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster, jedoch auf Lichtschächte und Abluftventilatoren der Klimaanlagen. Die beiden Einzelbetten sind gut, das Schlafsofa im Wohn- Esszimmer ebenso gut zu gebrauchen. Die Aussicht dieses Zimmers geht auf die Straße, die Fenster sind groß, das Zimmer hell. Die Räume lassen sich gut verdunkeln durch innen angebrachte Holzklappläden (gut zum Ausschlafen, wenn der Baulärm nicht gewesen wäre).

Loistava sijainti ja tilat. Hiljainen asunto, vaikka aivan keskellä kävelykadun vilskettä. Ikkunoista ei juurikaan nähnyt mitään muuta kuin taivasta, mutta avattuna kuului mukavasti kadun iloinen hälinä. Parveke oli ilmastointilaitekuiluun eli ei käytettävissä. Hinta laatusuhde kuitenkin loistava. Menisimme uudestaan ja voimme suositella lämpimästi.
