Excellent stay in Lisbon.

Wonderful stay, great apartment in a nice location in the city. We had one minor issue with a delay in getting the codes to the apartment. I’m not sure if it was on my end, in communication through the Hotels.com application, but we got it fixed in good time.

Net en mooi appartement. Echter de wifi deed t niet en de TV had geen werkende aansluiting. Je kon de tv dus niet gebruiken. Bij de buren hadden de ze veel honden die regelmatig overdag en s nachts aan t blaffen waren. Omgeving was goed en dicht bij t centrum. Veel supermarkten en leuke eettentjes in de omliggende straten.

The property was in excellent location. Perfect size. Extremely clean. Good lighting. Easy access to amenities and transport. Good location for cafes and friendly people. Disadvantage: Neighbours dogs constantly barking. Noise of next door room or corridors easily heard. Overall, I will definitely go again. I will highly recommend this place.

I love the apartment that we were assigned, it was spacious, it had everything we needed and it was incredibly well located! It was right on the first floor so we didn't have to struggle with carrying our luggage too far up, the neighborhood was super quite but had so many restaurants to go to, and it was approximately 10 min away from the Time Out Market. Checking in was super easy and they were super cool about doing the check in even the next day of arriving to the apartment. My only criticism for the property would have to be maintenance of the property and how thorough they are with their cleaning. I thought the bathroom could really use a better cleaning and unfortunately the little patio was really dirty. I understand you can't really control pigeons from pooping everywhere on it, but it can be cleaned once in a blue and that would make a great difference. Also, I asked for extra towels and a light bulb change for the laundry area but it was never changed and we only got extra towels after I asked personally one of the ladies from the cleaning crew. I feel if they take care of the little details their property would be perfect. All in all, I don't regret my choice! It was still a nice apartment and the location was a huge plus.

Canaan apartments were a complete dissapointment. There was a lack in communication in regards to arrival and had no responses fortunately there was someone to check us in. We requested two twin beds and received a double bed. Pedro was very rude and unhelpful in changing the situation.. it seems he didn't care. During the 6 nights of our stay we never received clean towels or sheets. The area was very noicy and could here drunk people all night - until 5am. Unfortunately there is an issue with flooring and could here stomping from above apartment. The area itself was pleasant with an array of cafes / bars and restaurants and close to sights.

Wir hatten Appartment Nr.1, mit den Schlafzimmern im Untergeschoss/Erdgeschoss. Die Zimmer war sehr groß, allerdings war der Geruch aus der Kanalisation fast unerträglich um nicht zu sagen ekelig. Die Lage war sehr zentral, direkt an der Linie 28 mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkersmittel. Beim nächsten mal würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht mehr wählen.

Super clean and modern apartment

We could not open the door to the apartment but the staff was super helpful and gave us another apartment quickly. The fire alarm went off (not from our apartment) one night so in case you are traveling with kids this is a bit inconvenient because you cannot stay inside due to the noise- so you need to wait in the street for the alarm to stop. We understood it was not the first time it happened (the alarm is very sensitive) . The staff was super speedy in fixing the problem but it was a bit annoying as we were traveling with a 7 month baby. Super clean apartment with all needed apliences. Huge bathroom and living room. Accommodation is super close to tram no 28e and about 10 min walking from the subway station.

Schönes Appartement mitten im Hotspot Lissabons

Die berühmte Straßenbahnlinie 28 fährt direkt vorm Fenster vorbei. Zentral gelegen unweit vieler Antiquitätenläden lässt sich von hier aus in jede Richtung etwas besichtigen. Das Appartement selbst ist komplett in weiß gehalten. Das ist okay aber auch kalt. Mir gefallen farbige Wände besser da sieht man nicht so schnell jegliche Abnutzung. Alles sehr sauber. Das große Bett war schon fest und 3 Kissen zur Auswahl dazu. Es fehlte allerdings die Spülmaschine sodass es sich ein wenig eng wurde. Pedro und Miguel sind sehr kommunikativ und geschäftig, gegen Tipps für deinen Aufenthalt in Lissabon. Pedro ihr müsst die Küchenschränke nachbessern. Die Schliesser der Schubladen (Magnete) halten nicht mehr. Viele Grüße aus Hamburg
