Very good location in the heart of Lisbon - close to the main streets with souvenir shops, restaurants, etc. The room is in a quiet building next to the busy streets. Everything needed for a short/long stay - coffee, common kitchen, good wi-fi connection, hair dryer, iron, etc. Easy contactless check-in/check-out process and polite and responsive receptionists.

Great location & price. The receptionist could do with more charm but overall a great price quality range. This place is next to the pink street the most crowded area for young party goers, so if you're sensitive to noise avoid this place. If not go ahead!!

Booked a room with a private bathroom and when I arrived and checked in the room didn’t have its own bathroom and hotel didn’t want to refund the full amount and expedia did not help with the refund either. Very disappointed.
