"For a family getaway weekend we booked an upgraded “suite”. The unit we got appeared aged and worn and not well maintained / clean. Staff were great but will not return to this property. "

We had an issue with complimentary breakfast being part of our reservation, but was told it was not even when it was one of the amenities listed on my confirmation. "

"Stayed for an overnight shopping trip. The hotel is one of the most pristine we have stayed at. Everything is so pleasant from the time you walk in the front door. The staff is amazing. The rooms are so comfortable and provide everything you need. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant and bar area. Always a favourite when in the Niagara area. "

"The man on concierge was so helpful when I was having difficulty booking inward travel. Room was a bit of a strange layout and couldn’t taje my heavy suitcase down to the bedroom part of my room, but otherwise lived my room and hadca great view of the falls."
