"We left a night early because there was a very strong pungent smell in the room and scratching sound all night long. I spoke with the front desk about it the next morning. While he was very kind there wasn’t anything g that could be done about it. I also chose a room that was not ADA and when checked in we had the ADA room. It wasn’t a problem u til the next morning when my belongings got wet due to basically the whole bathroom being a shower with no real separation from shower floor and bathroom floor. The water formed a river all over the entire bathroom floor. Foot towel was soaked along with my dirty clothing items that were on the floor in my laundry bag. Staff at property was extremely nice . Just wish the hotel room was in better shape. I had to spend an extra $200 on another hotel night somewhere else and was not refunded from Marriott for the night I lost due to room condition. "

"This was the worst experience ever! We were an hour in line for check-in, more than an hour to get to our room because only 1 of the 4 elevators were working and the same nightmare experience to get down from the 22th on check-out date. Poor maintenance and property management. Not recommended"

Franchel, at the front desk, was friendly, funny, very competent and helpful. We will definitely continue to stay at Hampton Inn, it never disappoints."
