"The elevator was broken and had to wait an hour and thirty minutes just to get to our room. Then again after the concert. Horrible experience. "

"Long queue for check in, room was modern and nice however there was food left in the fridge from the previous guest and a used Elastoplast in the bin with old room cards. The communal areas also had rubbish on carpets for our entire stay. Nice toiletries. The breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were welcoming, friendly and professional. We stayed as visiting the State Farm Arena which is a 20 minute walk away."
