We chose this hotel due to its location near to the cruise port. In this respect, it couldn’t have been better. The port entrance is a few hundred metres from the hotel. We used the port shuttle to get to the ship. $12 per person. The hotel is typical of the Aloft brand with its industrial style decor in the public area. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a limited menu for breakfast and dinner, but staff at reception will suggest other places to eat...

Amazing stay. Really enjoyed my stay at Casitas. Travelled from London with my Mother, for a relaxing, chilled vaccay & we got just that staying here. We got a suite, it was clean, well maintained. The cleaner done a great job, she was helpful throughout our stay. Leo the Manager was very helpful. Helped me with a room upgrade and check in ahead of my arrival. Good staff. Great hotel just a 15 minute walk to the shops, bars and restaurants on Atlantic Avenue or about 30 minutes walk to the beach.
Staff were very polite and welcoming.
Breakfast was included which included hot food (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patties) as well as bagels, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt and a selection of cereal.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is situated far enough away from the busy main area so the hotel is quiet.

Amazing place! Very clean and wonderfully decorated and maintained. John was really helpful and offered some good advice both about local amenities and transport options if you don’t have a car.
