"The room was hot- very hot when we got there. Took several hours to cool. The last night of our stay there was a car just outside the hotel with bass so loud that it was shaking the walls until 5am. I feel like the hotel should have stepped in way sooner and called the cops for a noise ordinance. Half the elevators in the hotel were down, took a very long time to travel around the hotel due to this. The ones that were running were getting stuck. I normally only stay in Hiltons- this was the least welcoming experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was hosting a wedding and felt like they were only catering to the guests that were part of the wedding, I had to call multiple times down to the front desk just to get them to answer the phone. "

"The location is great and parking is convenient but small. Definitely not a secure parking lot so don’t leave your belongings inside your vehicles. The room was not clean, the glass in the bathroom looked like someone used the same towel for the entire bathroom to wipe it down! The floor was grainy and sandy (which isn’t uncommon for a beach hotel). But this was just not cleaned well. Bed was worn out too. The place could use some TLC. Certainly could be nicer. I’d spend $50/night more and stay someplace nicer in the future. "

"Very clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was minimal but was great to have something in the morning. Pool towels provided was wonderful so that we didn't have to pack them."

"There was an incident on Saturday, where I was in the shower, and my friend was asleep in the bed and a hotel staff person came into our room. Unannounced never verbally announced. Their presence dropped off a microwave that we did not order and left when we talked to the assistant manager at the front desk on our way out to dinner, he seemed extremely unbothered said that if we didn’t have a do not disturb sign hanging on the door staff could come in. We didn’t think that that was very appropriate our safety and our privacy was invaded so yeah overall the stay wasn’t great. I have spoken via chat here on Hotels.com with somebody because I really don’t feel like we should be paying for stay."
