"We had a wonderful stay. All the staff were excellent, professional, friendly and welcoming. Special mention for the team in Harry’s Bar and Restaurant. They were all excellent and the food was delicious!! We took our Jack Russell puppy with us and were a bit concerned after reading some of the reviews but from our experience this is a great hotel to take dogs. They’re welcome everywhere but the spa and all the staff made a fuss of him."

"Wonderful! The rooms were fantastic and felt new and fresh. The pool was amazing for our daughter and I loved the sauna. Everything was super clean and staff so friendly And helpful. The peacocks were also great. Will be back!"

"Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable. What stood out most was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Particularly friendly and efficient was Karen in the restaurant. She was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We went to breakfast and 2 of our party had special dietary requirements. Karen went out of her way to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely return."

"The service at the front desk was amazing by the lady who gave us our room cards and the food was lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and it felt extra special due to the care and extras that were given as a gift. The room was lovely and it was perfect. Would definitely come again.
