"There were some maintenance issues when we checked in but our room was upgraded to make our stay comfortable. We were offered the services of the hotel transport which we took. Hussian the driver was friendly and had good knowledge of the area which made our tours enjoyable. Overall we found the hotel nice & comfortable with good food and friendly staff. "A very friendly hotel with very good service. Rooms are large with balcony and nice view. Is better to be on the new building but the old one is charming. The buffets (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are good. The market and the old town are only at 5 minutes by foot. The last but not the least, you can play table tennis for free."
