Excellent hotel the staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, breakfast was really enjoyable with plenty of selection, location is a 10min walk to the center, plus side is the bus stop is right outside of the hotel that takes you straight to the telecabine

Large clean hotel on outskirts of Chamonix with bus stops outside. Washer and dryer facilities available in the basement which are welcome when touring.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly and explained everything well at check in before showing us to our room. Room was one of their small ones so it was cosy, provided toiletries and coffee were good. We didn’t use the hotel amenities as preferred to be out and about so couldn’t comment further.

The hotel is very central in Champéry but what makes this hotel so good is the staff. Their helpfulness and friendliness should be the aim of every other hotel staff - I can’t speak highly enough about them all.

What a fantastic hotel, amazing & helpful staff, excellent location, the rooms fit the environment all seasons catered for. We used the relaxing the Spa & pool several times during our stay.

Hotel was beautiful. The staff were the best, very helpful and put up with my awful attempt at speaking French. The food was amazing and service top notch. We will look at returning again. Beautiful piece of heaven located in amazing surroundings.

For a quiet retreat, with walks its perfect. Such a quiet sanctuary, super friendly staff and people. There is a small chaet 2 minute walk away for dining, I recommend.

Can only suggest one thing. When we were woken at 3:30 am by drunken hoteliers when we complained in the morning we were told those guests making the noise paid more for their rooms. Still in shock remembering those words which seemed to endorse the thuggish behaviour. Apart from that episode the hotel was charming.

We loved our stay in this hotel. I would strugle to find any negative comments about it. One of the reasons we chosen it was all the positive feedback online and it is all true. Hotel owner Mauricio and his staff will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and help you with whatever you need. We had an excellent 5 night stay at the hotel, the facilities are excellent and the decor/design of the hotel is pleasing. A nice mix of new modern clean design with rustic lodge feel accents. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom very nice, clean, spacious and stylish. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and took advantage of the spa facilities in the late afternoon after skiing during the day. My only gripe would be the daily car parking charge of 30 Euros per day which is steep! ...
