"Overall stay was good. Food was excellent. Service was average. Reception staff was not not customer friendly. Verbal instruction were given. The checkin time & check out time was different than what was mentioned in the reservation. The entry fee to the Lavasa was extra to the customers, who booked the hotel there. This needs to be mentioned specially during room booking in these hotels."

As you enter the lobby area you see an empty pont in the background that looks horrible. The video on the marketing highlight views that are not like that. I will say they are excellent on marketing!
