Only way to access area was through your key pass The pool and hit tub area was clean and well maintained. The 1 feature we liked the most was our suite had a washer and dryer. Kitchens have all you need from toaster to pots and pans. We will be staying there from now on.

This is a superb hotel central location and excellent space rooms. However it neighbours rhe main hotel flamingo pool which has a poo party every single day from 9-6.The music is so loud you just cannot rest in your room and it ruins time at the hotel pool. The base of the music can literally be felt in your chest. We complained and was told there is nothing they can do. Which a shame as it ruined our holiday. We would have stayed here every time we came to Begas but due to this problem will never visit again.

Dirty bathwater leaked on my head at 4am I booked the suite so my family can be comfortable, but dirty bathwater from the unit above was leaking above my bed and splashed on me at 4 AM in the morning. The room was soon flooded. I had to wake my family up to evacuate. The second room they gave us smelled dusty and moldy, like it hadn't been touched in a while. There was literally still hair on the wall of the shower. Shampoo and conditioner was almost empty. The coffee machine didn't work. The bedroom smelled dirtier than the bathroom and the windows don't open so it was impossible to air it out. Said there was daily room service, but texted me the next day saying it wasn't done- with no futher explanation why. Staff used the excuse that I booked with Expedia and couldn't issue a partial refund. Said the manager was not there and couldn't offer more than 15000 Hilton points as compensation (the room would've been 188000 points- so the compensation was miniscule to meaningless). Points still wasn't added to my account as I am writing this review a week later. Reached out to Expedia for help and they couldn't work out something with the hotel. Overall a bad experience. You can pay much less for a normal stay and a non-traumatizing experience elsewhere. The parking pass didn't work, I had to call the attendant every time to let me out. They did remove the resort fee as they promised (which was only $25 per day).

The hotel is just behind the strip ( you need to walk through the flamingo to get there) so it is near everything but slightly removed from the chaos of the strip. The room and bathroom were very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. You can hear the music from the Flamingo pool in the day, but it was quiet through the night. I would definitely stay there again.

Leo at the front desk was amazing. He went above and beyond to make our first trip to Vegas enjoyable. Our room was upgraded to a suite with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and even a hot tub. It was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. The flamingo go pool is free to use if you’re staying here too. Great location for the high roller, sphere, flamingo, Caesar’s palace, Bellagio and more.

Love the apartment style hotel rooms, it gives you the benefit of an Airbnb/vrbo but with the hotel service experience where you can call for room service, supplies etc. One of the best hotels I have stayed in with my family. Very big, great view (the flamingo pool from the room and outside we could see the sphere and wheel directly). Very close to the Sphere, Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Metro etc.

Hotel location is a plus, rooms are nice & have everything you need for the stay. And CLEAN. Hotel lobby area, walkway area to room is OK.. You will be listing to loud music since the flamingo pool party is going on till 5pm. Did not seem to bother me as you will hear the music muffled in a way/ and if you are not planning to stay in the room during the day time anyways shouldn’t be a big deal. Parking is free, and a short 1 min walk. Staff is friendly always checking in to see if anything is needed( communicated with me via text) which I liked. Over all stay was good.
