Bedding can be improved a bit but overall excellent value with access to CUSAT metro just few feet away and can cover most of the attraction like trikkakkara , chottanikkara, kodingallur and tripunithara accessible with in uber drive "

The only downside is the area outside the hotel property, particularly near the ferry bay.
