Not happy that as a woman traveling alone and having to park what seems like a block away from the check-in doors with people wandering around you like they are casing you out and not having any carts to self use to carry in bags because I don't have extra to spend on a valet and I was alone. Got into hotel and it says all floors are non smoking but the smell of marijuana smoke filled the hallway. Got in room and the strong smell of cleaning products about made me sick. I like a clean room but not with muriatic acid smell. It was 100 degrees outside and when I got in room it was over 85 degrees and AC was running, on high and cool. The lightbulb in floor lamp was burnt out and the bathroom floor had some red stuff stuck to the floor that I had to clean off bc I wasn't sure what it was and didn't want to be stepping on it. The bathtub handle was extremely hard to turn on and turn off all the way. I had to call guest services (which took over 2 minutes for anyone to answer) to get AC fixed but still wasn't cold because the vent is so high up in the corner of room instead of lower and central to ground to cool off room properly. They also brought me a light bulb but couldn't do anything about the tub or the smell of weed in the hallways. There also needs to be a sign to put on adjoining room doors to let people know there is someone in the room. The people next door opened there for and kept trying to open the door on my side. I hiked a couple times that someone was in there.

Check in was a mess with them kiosk and they wouldn't help. The some of attitudes was horrible. I will not being staying there again. And they had too many fees. That were not know form start.

Sadly been comimg to this location for many many years its economic for my family i dont expect much i don't expect luxury but at least cleanliness and respect my room had switch i assume was a blood stain called for new blankets i didnt say anything the elevator were not working well okay I understand you guys are fixing it but when i ask to use the stairs by one of the employees and find out the bottom doors have alarms system where do we actually go? A staff in the check in lobby yelled at woman "ma'am im going on break " then when behind the counter to help out another person that she was laughing with earlier.. this could have been a better situation for me and my family but it just wasnt
