"Nice place to enjoy the royal stay and enjoy the property"

"Loved everything about this iconic hotel! Have stayed here 10 years ago and looks exactly the same. They’ve done a fantastic job maintaining this property. Just as magical as I remember!!"

"Great view."

"Beautfully restored heritage haveli in a quiet part of town. Lovely courtyard, and excellent rooftop restaurant. Clean, comfortable room, a little oasis of cool and quiet after being in town. Lovely helpful staff, and a very good laundry service."

"Room was spacious toilet needs an uplift staff were very helpful and caring, food was delicious. Overall the stay was very pleasant and memorable. "

"Only half the rooms had access via elevator. I had no elevator to my room and that also I found out after the room was assigned. Had I known that I would not have stayed there. Was strange building with really narrow tight corridors with stairs. Room rent should not have been more than 1000 Rs!"

"Great clean room staff was very friendly good breakfast "

"Good place, staff was really nice and supportive "

"After seeing good review, I booked this hotel but by mistake I booked 2 rooms for our family of three (husband, wife, kid). I requested both Hotel.com and Viaan management to kindly consider cancelling one reservation but they didn’t as it was under non refundable policy. Fair enough. They upgraded my room and added breakfast in lieu of the other room and we stayed in one room only. About the room - so called super deluxe was leaking and rain water coming through sides of closed window. Each...

"We had a great experience there. The hotel is a quiet and peaceful place adjacent to a big park. The staff is polite and humble and helped us in serving special meals for our toddler."

"Nice and quiet"

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in all my life!!! If you want anxiety attack then only go and stay. From starting to finish completely shambles. I have experienced cockroaches in the room, the facilities that are shown are practically not in use. The pool is completely dirty. You ask them to clean it, and they say, "Yes, ma'am, it's clean." However, you go to the pool, and there's no sunbed. The spa is shut, so you can't get changed over there. The water is filthy dirty, okay? The staff are...

"It was perfect for our stay. Hotel is clean, nice and beautiful. Staffs are super helpful. I read about the narrow front road. But our innova was able to go to front of the hotel. Rooms are nicely decorated. They have big clean bathrooms and separate shower unit. (Keep your bathroom dry). View from rooftop restaurant is very nice. Restaurant staffs are super helpful and food is good. But not very spicy or greedy. Buffet breakfast have variety Indian food . But you can also order other dishes...

"Spanking new hotel and at the risk of de-faming them (even though their intentions may be good), my pointers are below, - Veg hotel (but this is not highlighted in the description of the hotel, so NV eaters beware) - Credit Card Machine not working (was told of this at the check-in and was asked to pay cash) - They didn't have an In-room menu (I had to call for it from the restaurant and they called to ask for it back after 15 mins!). That being said, the food preparation was good, no...
