"Rooms were very spacious, comfortable beds, elevators were fast and the breakfast wasn't half bad. Only complaints would be the bathroom is on the smaller side but understandable since room is bigger. Also the valet lost their keys to lock box that contained our car keys so we were almost late for our daughter's performance. Hotel doesn't offer self parking so your stuck with the $45 a night valet parking. "

"Perfect location making many sites walkable. Staff were all very attentive with even the valets knowing our names after the first day. Lovely breakfast in their small restaurant. Food was very good and Frederick the waiter was lovely. He remembered our specific requests from the previous day. Wonder stay! "

"Front desk staff Phyllis and Ruth were very friendly and accomodating. The bartender, Valerie, is very sweet and fun to talk with. All the housekeeping staff and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. I chose this hotel for its location but ended up loving the staff."
