"Everything was great except check in. Not sure if it was Expedia or the resort but they split our one reservation of 2 villas into 2 separate reservations which prevented the rooms from being together and also incurred an extra $115 reservation charge. "

"My stay was amazing! I would visit again! The room and property were very clean which is extremely important to me. We were also pleasantly surprised that the rooms were more modern and updated compared to the pictures. There was also plenty to do at the resort that were reasonably priced. 10 out of 10, no complaints!"

"We got put in the melia due to an error at the hotel we were supposed to stay at cancelling our booking when we were supposed to arrive. What an absolute blessing in disguise. The wonderful front desk agent was so pleasant to deal with, could tell we were having a bad night due to the other hotels error and even upgraded our room for us! The rooms were clean, every staff member we spoke to were cheerful and the Wilson’s food was great. Our five year old had his birthday while we were there and the waitress overheard us and got the waitstaff to sign a card and bring a cake for him at breakfast. 10/10 would stay here again any chance we get.
